Legal Services – Terms & Conditions

VINTTRO Limited (“VINTTRO”, “we”, “us”) acts as an intermediary, providing clients with access to a range of legal services delivered by our selected partner law firm. Our partner firm is fully regulated and undergoes regular quality and compliance reviews.

1. Scope of Services

2. Our Role As An Introducer

VINTTRO Limited (the “Company”) acts as an intermediary (an “Introducer”). We are not a law firm, we are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), and we do not provide legal advice. Any information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only.

3. No Solicitor-Client Relationship

No solicitor-client relationship is created between you and the Company. A formal relationship is only established once you have:

Successfully completed the law firm’s Conflict of Interest and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.

Received a Letter of Engagement/Terms of Business from the law firm.

4. Referral Fee Disclosure

In accordance with Rule 5.1 of the SRA Code of Conduct, we transparently disclose that we may receive a financial referral fee from the law firm for making this introduction.

Cost to You: Where a fee is applicable, it is paid by the law firm out of their own marketing budget; it is not added to your legal bill. You will pay the same price as if you had approached the firm directly.

Standard Referral Fee: The maximum fee is 10% of all invoices billed and paid.

Personal Injury Exception: In compliance with statutory regulations, no referral fees are paid or received for any personal injury instructions.

5. Independence of Advice

The law firm to which we refer you is an independent professional entity. They have a duty to provide you with independent, impartial advice and to act in your best interests at all times. Our commercial relationship with the firm does not influence the professional judgment of the solicitor.

Freedom of Choice

You are under no obligation to use the law firm we recommend. You are free to research the market and instruct any solicitor of your choosing. By submitting your details on our website, you are requesting that we facilitate an introduction, but you remain free to discontinue that process at any time.

By clicking [“Submit” / “Get a Quote”], you expressly consent to VINTRO Limited transferring your personal data (including name, contact details and a summary of your legal matter) to our law firm partner for the purpose of them contacting you. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle your data.

Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for the quality of the legal advice provided, any negligence on the part of the law firm, or any losses arising from your engagement with the law firm. Any complaints regarding legal services must be directed to the law firm’s internal complaints partner or the Legal Ombudsman.
